ABOUT THIS VEHICLE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST ROLE:

This is a flexible full-time role with hours that shift depending on the season and workload. Some weekends may be required, but there's no clock-in/clock-out process-you manage your time while fully committing to market research and development in your area.

As our Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the engine driving our acquisition strategy. Each day, you'll search for vehicle sourcing opportunities across dealer-only auctions, private party listings, and online automotive platforms. You'll evaluate vehicles, work with customers, and manage a growing book of business to ensure success. With access to national auction databases and private channels, you'll maximize acquisition opportunities that support our dealership partners nationwide.

This position is built for someone who loves the fast pace of the auction world, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on closing deals.

MUST-HAVES:

• 1 year of wholesale/auto industry auction experience
• Strong knowledge of wholesaling, appraisals, and auctions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced auction environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Having auto industry buying experience is a plus!
