An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced hospitality leader to join the Royal Mail Hotel, Tewantin.

Located in the heart of the Noosa region, the Royal Mail Hotel is a well-established local favourite, bringing together great food, cold beers, entertainment and genuine community spirit. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing venue while enjoying the lifestyle benefits that make the Sunshine Coast one of Australia's most desirable places to live and work.

We're looking for a commercially minded Venue Manager who can lead from the front, build strong teams, drive venue performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences while continuing to grow the venue's presence within the local market.

Attractive salary package of $100,000 - $115,000 + Super, plus quarterly KPI bonus (OTE up to $159,000).

About You

We're seeking a proven hospitality leader with experience managing high-volume operations and developing high-performing teams.

You will bring:

Experience leading successful hospitality operations.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
The ability to build, coach and motivate teams.
A hands-on leadership style with strong operational capability.
Experience driving venue performance, guest satisfaction and profitability.
A passion for hospitality and community engagement.

Experience managing a venue of similar size and complexity will be highly regarded.
