- Sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, upgrades, accessories, and business solutions.
- Hit individual sales goals, activation targets, and attach metrics.
- Handle customer questions, account changes, and issue resolution with professionalism.
- Work and follow up on assigned leads through Verizon's lead and engagement platform.
- Run outbound text and SMS outreach to re-engage past and prospective customers.
- Support and staff local community and business events that drive store traffic.
- Retail sales or customer-facing experience. Wireless experience preferred.
- Motivated by commission, with a proven ability to hit sales goals.
- Comfortable on a busy sales floor and turning walk-ins into sales.
- Self-motivated to work leads and stay productive during slower periods instead of standing around.
- Comfortable learning and using sales, CRM, and customer messaging platforms.
- Strong communication skills. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus in many of our markets.
- Availability for a full retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
- $70,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonus. Top performers earn well above base.
