BECOMING OUR VET RECEPTIONIST

As a Vet Receptionist, you'll enjoy the flexibility of choosing between two convenient scheduling options: an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, or a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week.

Picture this: you'll be the friendly face and voice that welcomes our clients and their furry companions into our clinic. From answering incoming calls and emails to scheduling medical appointments and updating patient charts, you'll be at the heart of our operation. Your bright and friendly demeanor will create a positive and comforting environment for both clients and their beloved pets. With your exceptional communication skills, you'll provide accurate information, assist with client inquiries, and handle any emergent situations with composure and compassion.

All that you need to excel in this role is the following:

• Experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary office
• 1 year of experience working in a Veterinary clinic
• Client service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to stressful or emergent situations
