What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:

Decode blueprints, work orders, and including safety warnings-to power precision in every taskMaster cutting wood and metal with a range of saws, shears, and cutters to hit exact sizes every timeAssemble parts like a pro, fastening with bolts, screws, rivets, and clips that hold it all together strongSkillfully operate pneumatic and hand tools to keep the workflow sharp and efficientSet up machines and perform preventive maintenance that keeps everything running like clockworkInspect finished products with a keen eye to ensure top quality and catch any defects before they move onOwn safety and quality checks to create a workspace that's secure and dependableLive and breathe safety by following all company policies and keeping the team protected

You will receive on the job training for:

Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skillsWorking with hand and power toolsReading and interpreting blueprints

What You Bring to the Table:

Must be 18 years old

What Sets You Apart:

Previous experience in manufacturingPrevious experience working on truck bodiesConstruction experience is a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalent GED

Physical Requirements:Step into the heart of our fast-paced manufacturing plant, where every task drives progress. In this hands-on role, you'll be on your feet-standing for extended periods, walking, and using your hands to operate tools and equipment with precision. Clear communication is key, so you'll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused, team-driven environment. You'll also lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical movements like bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces. Repetitive hand tasks and climbing ladders or working at heights are part of the role.
