Job Description:

Provide direct clinical support ensuring the goals and objectives for each client in the Veteran's Count Program.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Currently licensed as a LICSW or LCMHC
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience providing therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting preferred
  • Couples counseling experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized, person - centered treatment, guided by evidence-based practices within a therapeutic environment.
  • Assist each client in the completion of intake assessment and development of individualized treatment plan using measurement based care as applicable.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of ethical and HIPAA - compliant practices and discuss with supervisor if concerns arise.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed.
  • Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care.
  • Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support.
  • Complete monthly reports and any additional reporting needed to meet Agency, Federal or State requirements.
  • Maintain 75% billable hours to meet utilization expectations.
  • Maintain a hybrid schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.

Compensation: Starting 72,800 annually based on experience.

Hours: This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm.
