  • Strong medical and surgical knowledge, particularly in soft tissue procedures

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)

  • Compassionate, client-centered approach to care

  • Strong communication and client-education skills

  • Prior leadership experience preferred

  • Experience developing medically driven protocols and SOPs
