Job Description

Global Talent Partners is pleased to represent an established small animal practice in New Milford, Connecticut, seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative and supportive team.

The Opportunity

Mentorship & Professional Development

For veterinarians early in their careers, the hospital offers a 12-month veterinarian mentorship program, providing structured support as you develop your clinical confidence and professional skills.

The team also welcomes experienced veterinarians who may have particular clinical interests or areas of medicine they would like to develop further. The emphasis is on creating an environment where veterinarians are supported rather than simply expected to manage cases independently.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and collaborative veterinarian who enjoys building relationships with clients, colleagues and patients.Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

You will need:

•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution•Active Connecticut veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one•Current DEA license, or ability to obtain one•USDA accreditation, or willingness to obtain it
