Are you a confident and experienced DVM ready to take full ownership of your schedule and clinical direction-all while working in a beautifully equipped practice in the heart of New Orleans?$120K-$150K Base + 21% Production | Professional Freedom | State-of-the-Art FacilityWe're thrilled to be recruiting for a full-time Veterinarian to join a thriving small animal clinic with a loyal and growing client base. This opportunity offers complete professional autonomy, a supportive team of skilled veterinary technicians, and the chance to work just four midweek days per week (Monday-Friday).If you value independence, want to help shape practice standards, and thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, this could be your perfect next chapter.The Role Highlights:
- Midweek-Only Schedule: 4 days between Monday-Friday, hours 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Established patient base with 30-minute appointment blocks
- Weekly surgical opportunities, with room to expand based on your interests
- High-end equipment: Digital X-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, in-house labs, surgical suite
- Some exotic pet cases for those with an interest (optional)
- Base salary: $120,000-$150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Production bonus: 21%, with no negative accrual
- CE support: $1,500 CE allowance + additional CE PTO
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Licensing & liability coverage included
