Our client's thriving multi-doctor practice in Kansas City, KS, is seeking a new DVM to become part of their close-knit, collaborative group.You'll be welcomed into a well-established two-doctor team with exceptional technical support, boasting an impressive 3:1 vet tech-to-doctor ratio, allowing you to focus on providing top-quality care. The clinic is equipped with modern diagnostics, including digital radiology and an in-house laboratory, so you can practice with confidence and efficiency.Expect a diverse caseload that keeps each day engaging, from routine soft tissue surgeries to collaborating with skilled clinicians who perform advanced orthopedic procedures and manage occasional urgent cases.What's on Offer
- Base salary: $100,000$120,000 (depending on experience)
- $50,000 signing bonus
- 20% production bonus (no negative accrual)
- 3 weeks PTO + public holidays
