Located in one of the most desirable communities in the Tulsa metro area, this hospital is known for its compassionate care, strong client relationships, and high clinical standards.You'll work alongside two experienced veterinarians in a modern, fully equipped facility offering medical, surgical, dental, and exotic animal care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking mentorship, collaboration, and long-term career development in a supportive environment.What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals and exotics
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and patients
- Collaborate closely with experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
- Modern, well-equipped small animal & exotics hospital
- Digital radiography and ultrasound
- In-house laboratory and diagnostics
- Opportunity for routine and advanced surgical procedures
- Strong, experienced veterinary technician support team
- Mentorship-focused, collaborative environment
- Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (rotational 1 in 3-4 Saturdays)
- Sunday: Closed
- Balanced full-time schedule (30+ hours qualifies for full benefits)
- Base salary: $110,000-$130,000 (DOE)
- $100,000 welcome bonus
- 20% ProSal production bonus (no negative accrual)
- 3 weeks PTO + public holidays
