You'll have the autonomy to shape workflows, guide patient care standards, and make this clinic your own.The Role at a Glance:
- Midweek schedule: 4 days/week (MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 6:00 PM, 1-hour lunch)
- Established appointments: 30-minute intervals with full client schedule already in place
- Surgical scope: Weekly routine surgeries, with opportunity to expand surgical offerings
- Exotic pet caseload optional
- Access to high-end equipment: digital X-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, in-house lab, surgical suite

- Base salary: $120,000$150,000 (negotiable)
- Production bonus: 21%
