New to Market DVM Prospect in St. Louis, MO with a generous $100,000-$135,000+ base salary, $50,000 welcome bonus and no weekends to attract top talentFantastic expanding two Doctor small animal hospital offering comprehensive veterinary services, including medical, surgical, and dental care. This highly regarded, committed team strives to deliver exceptional care and offers state-of-the-art facilities in a bright, modern environment, creating a truly superb working atmosphere.Package and Benefits
  • Attractive Compensation- Salary ranges are flexible/negotiable with the expectation of up to $135,000 base salary (or more) in line with experience
  • $50,000 welcome bonus
  • 20% production bonus paid and no negative accrual
  • 3 weeks PTO
  • 401(k) with Match
  • Health Coverage- Including dental and vision insurance
  • Continuing education and licensure reimbursement plus 3 days PTO for CE
Opportunity to work full-time over four days and no weekends with hospital opening times:
  • Monday Tuesday: 7:30 am 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday: Closed
  • Thursday: 7:30 am 7:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am 6:00 pm
  • Saturday Sunday: Closed
