A well-established, privately owned small animal hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join its collaborative and supportive team.This busy, four-doctor practice offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates looking to build their careers in a modern, well-equipped hospital with strong earning potential and a healthy work-life balance. With a loyal client base and steady caseload, you'll have the opportunity to become productive quickly while receiving support from experienced colleagues and skilled technicians.About the Practice
- Full-service small animal hospital (exotics optional)
- Established client base with high patient demand
- CT Imaging
- Ultrasound
- Endoscopy
- Digital Radiography
- Dental Suite with Dental Radiology
- Therapeutic Laser
- Strong technician support (approximately 2.5 technicians per veterinarian)
- Opportunities to pursue interests in rehabilitation, holistic medicine, and exotic animal care

- Flexible scheduling options available
- Midweek-only schedules considered
- Full-time benefits available from 35 hours per week
- Most veterinarians work a 4-day workweek (approximately 40 hours)
- 5-day schedule available if preferred
- Rotating Saturday shifts with a weekday off in exchange
- Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 (DOE)
- 20% Production Bonus
- Current team members consistently achieve production targets
- Realistic On-Target Earnings: $150,000+
- $5,000 Signing Bonus
