About the RoleAs an Associate Veterinarian, you'll provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals while working alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Wellness and preventative care consultations
  • Medical workups and diagnostics
  • Soft tissue surgery
  • Client education and communication
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients and patients
  • Collaborating with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Exotic animal medicine is available for those with an interest but is entirely optional.Hospital FacilitiesYou'll have access to a wide range of modern diagnostic and treatment equipment, including:
  • CT imaging
  • Ultrasound
  • Endoscopy
  • Digital radiography
  • Dental suite with digital dental radiology
  • Therapeutic laser
  • Well-equipped surgical facilities
The practice also supports veterinarians with interests in rehabilitation, holistic medicine, and exotic animal care.Schedule & Work-Life BalanceThe hospital offers flexible scheduling designed around your lifestyle.
  • Four-day workweek available
  • Five-day schedule available if preferred
  • Midweek-only schedules considered
  • Full-time benefits from just 35 hours per week
  • Typical shifts:
  • 8:00 AM5:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM6:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM6:30 PM
  • No WEEKEND SCHEDULE AVAILABLE

  • Base salary of $100,000-$120,000 (depending on experience)
  • 20% production bonus
  • Realistic earnings exceeding $150,000+
  • $5,000 signing bonus
  • $5,000-$10,000 annual retention bonus
