This small animal general practice maintains a steady caseload, averaging 12+ appointments per day, supported by a strong staff-to-doctor ratio of 11.5 team members per veterinarian. The caseload includes a well-rounded mix of wellness visits, sick cases, and surgical procedures. The practice is equipped with modern technology, including digital X-ray, in-house laboratory capabilities, and a fully equipped dental and surgical suite. Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, plus a production bonus. Additional financial incentives include a long-term incentive cash program, transparent production metrics, and no negative accrualensuring performance is rewarded without penalty during slower periods.
