Established Multi-Doctor Practice | $110K$130K Base Salary | $100K Welcome Bonus | Small Animal & ExoticsApplications welcomed from new graduates and experienced veterinarians.Job SummaryJoin a well-established and highly regarded small animal and exotics practice in Broken Arrow, OK, one of the most desirable communities in the Tulsa metro area. This busy, community-focused hospital has built a strong reputation for compassionate care, quality medicine, and long-standing client relationships. You'll work alongside two experienced veterinarians in a modern, fully equipped facility providing medical, surgical, dental, and exotic animal care. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian seeking mentorship, collaboration, and long-term career growth in a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals and exotics
- Build strong relationships with clients and patients
- Work collaboratively with experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff
- Contribute to a positive hospital culture focused on excellent patient care
- Participate in ongoing clinical learning and professional development
- Base salary: $110,000$130,000 depending on experience
- $100,000 welcome bonus
- 20% ProSal production bonus with no negative accrual
- 3 weeks paid time off plus public holidays
