Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our client's supportive five-doctor team at a well-established, community-trusted small animal hospital in Horn Lake, Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients.
Manage consultations, diagnostics, and routine surgical procedures.
Build lasting client relationships through clear, compassionate communication.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain excellent patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $115,000$135,000 (commensurate with experience)
20% Production Bonus (no negative accrual)
3 weeks PTO plus public holidays

DVM or equivalent degree, licensed (or eligible) in Mississippi.
