About the Role
As Co-Medical Director, you’ll partner closely with hospital leadership to:
- Drive medical excellence, growth, and positive change
- Encourage open communication and team engagement
- Lead with optimism and help foster a culture of support and accountability
- Champion high-quality medicine and best practices
- Help expand and optimize our drop-off appointment model, leveraging our beautiful, modern boarding facility
- Mentor and develop doctors while maintaining a collaborative environment
- This is a flexible schedule role - come in early, stay late, while supporting hospital growth and continuity of care.
