HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
As our Veterinary Front Desk Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and their furry companions receive the care and attention they deserve. From warmly welcoming clients to efficiently scheduling appointments, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering client calls and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Scheduling and preparing consultations for our veterinary team
- Assisting in consultations and providing support to veterinary staff
- Maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area
- Providing exceptional customer service to pets and pet owners
You'll enjoy a full-time schedule, working Monday through Thursday between 8 AM and 5 PM and Fridays between 8 AM and 2 PM.

We're looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for animals who can meet the following qualifications:
- MUST HAVE experience working in a veterinary clinic
- MUST HAVE receptionist experience
- Reliable transportation
Meeting these preferred qualifications would be a plus:
- 5 years of experience in the veterinary industry
- Emergency or specialty veterinary practice experience
- Experience as a veterinary assistant or technician
- Knowledge of EzyVet software
