Global Talent Partners is proud to partner with a highly respected AAHA-accredited companion animal hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to recruit a Veterinary Medical Director.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to practice high-quality clinical medicine. You'll have the autonomy to help shape the medical direction of a thriving hospital while being supported by the resources of a large veterinary network and an experienced multidisciplinary team.
The PracticeThis established hospital is home to a five-doctor veterinary team, supported by credentialed veterinary technicians, experienced assistants, a dedicated hospital manager, and client service representatives. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys coaching others, collaborating on complex cases, and helping develop a positive team culture while continuing to practise excellent medicine.
