This practice is seeking a talented and experienced Medical Director to lead our exceptional team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role offers an opportunity to guide a team dedicated to medical excellence, continuous resource improvement, and contributing to the growth of the practice through a unique shareholder program.Practice / Hospital / Referral Centre InformationThis hospital offers 24/7 emergency care and a variety of specialized services, including Cardiology, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology & Neurosurgery, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Ophthalmology, Radiology, and Surgery. Our state-of-the-art 24,000-square-foot facility, which opened in 2020, provides advanced technology and equipment to support exceptional patient care. In 2023, we added a Radiation Oncology department, featuring the latest Varian TrueBeam® linear accelerator.DepartmentsAs the Medical Director, you will oversee a highly skilled and passionate team of doctors, certified technicians, assistants, and client service representatives. This collaborative team ensures every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care, fostering long-lasting relationships with clients and referral partners alike.EquipmentThe hospital is equipped with the latest technology to deliver the best in veterinary care, including:

  • Cutting-edge imaging and diagnostic tools

The Medical Director should be ready to lead and support their team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ensuring continuous improvement, collaboration, and compassionate patient care.Qualifications RequiredIdeal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within a veterinary organization, with demonstrated expertise in managing change and fostering a positive, productive environment.
