Veterinary Technician, Emergency

Veterinary Technician | Emergency | 3rd shift | 4 Nine Hour Shifts Per Week | $24 and up, depending on experience | Full-Time, Benefits | Waukesha, WIWisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC) in Waukesha is hiring an overnight Emergency Veterinary Technician.  

This role is ideal for technicians who want to advance their emergency skills, work at the top of their license, and be part of a highly collaborative, well-supported team.  We are offering a $3000 hiring bonus for CVTs!

Schedule & Pay: 

• $24/hour and up depending on experience
• $3000 hiring bonus for CVTs!
• Full-time: 36–40 hours/week (four 9-hour shifts)  

• Overnights with every other weekend  

• Some holidays; no on-call requirement  

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience  

• Shift differentials: $3/hr (4pm–12am), $5/hr (12am–8am)  

Who We’re Looking For: 

• Certified Veterinary Technicians will be given the highest consideration  

• Experienced Veterinary Technicians and Vet Tech students are encouraged to apply  

• At least 1 year of technician experience (ER experience a plus, not required)  

• Comfortable with restraint, phlebotomy, catheter placement, and nursing care  

• Motivated, collaborative, and committed to exceptional patient care
