What You’ll Do

As an

Oncology Veterinary Technician

you’ll work closely with our board-certified oncologists to support patients throughout their treatment—from diagnosis through chemotherapy and follow-up. You’ll be a steady, compassionate presence for both patients and families.

In this role, you will:Administer

medications and chemotherapy

under the supervision of an oncologistAssist with diagnostics, including

lab work, imaging, and CT scansSupport oncology appointments and help manage

patient flow and schedulingMaintain accurate

medical records , treatment notes, and drug logsProvide empathetic

client communication and educationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including

Internal Medicine, Surgery, and RadiologyDeliver emotional support and patient-centered care during every step of treatmentWho We Are Looking For

Licensed or credentialed veterinary technician , Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS), or experienced veterinary assistantExperience in specialty medicine and/or oncology preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsConfidence working in a

fast-paced, collaborative environmentFamiliarity with veterinary medical software (e.g., EzyVet, SmartFlow) a plusA positive attitude and commitment to compassionate careIf you’re a veterinary technician ready to expand your skills and grow in a specialty practice—we’d love to hear from you.
