  • Contribute to S&OP rigor, master data accuracy, and analytics‑driven decisions; accelerate adoption of digital supply‑chain tools to improve responsiveness and regulatory traceability.
  • Assimilate acquisitions into supply chain processes, systems, supplier base and regulatory dossiers into the operating model.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing supply chain organization (plant GMs, planning, contract manufacturing, quality/EHS, logistics and continuous improvement).
  • Represent Supply Chain in customer interactions, executive forums and regulatory/corporate escalations; own supply chain inputs to Personal Care P+L and G2G program implementation.

Scope & scale

  • Revenue influenced: $2.5B
  • Plants: 5 (including 1 UK)
  • Contract manufacturers: ~59 (across Beauty, Personal Care, TAG, VMS, other PODs)
  • SKUs: ~1,225 and growing (broad regulatory span)
  • Regulatory/product complexity: nasal sprays, condoms, pregnancy test kits, SPF skincare, oral care, over‑the‑counter and beauty products
  • Geographic scope: US with international supplier and plant engagement
  • Travel: up to ~40% (plant/CM/customer/regulatory site visits; occasional international travel)

Success metrics (first 12 months)

  • Realize $25M operational savings (phased milestones).
  • Meet or improve case‑fill / OTIF, inventory turns and service targets.
  • Maintain product quality and regulatory compliance (PPM, audit outcomes).
  • On‑time launch execution for prioritized NPDs and promotional programs.
  • Successful integration of at least one acquisition (process, supplier, quality assimilation) or clearly defined assimilation plan delivered.
  • Improved contract manufacturer compliance, yield and cost‑to‑serve metrics.

Decision rights / authorities

  • Set operational priorities across internal plants and contract manufacturers.
  • Approve production allocation plans, launch sequencing and escalation resolutions.
  • Lead contract manufacturer governance, performance remediation and supplier selection (in coordination with Procurement).

Required qualifications
