What you’ll be doing
- Design and deliver a global partnership strategy that strengthens Kantar’s position across data, media and technology
- Identify, negotiate and secure high-value partnerships with leading platforms, media owners and data providers
- Build commercially robust partnership models that go beyond referrals to drive measurable revenue and product impact
- Hire, lead and develop a high-performing global partnerships team
- Partner with Product, Research and Data Science teams to ensure partnerships drive innovation and client value
- Advise senior leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging partnership opportunities
The ideal skills and experience
- Extensive experience in partnerships, or senior commercial roles within data, SaaS or marketing services
- Proven track record of securing complex, multi-year commercial agreements with global organisations
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of how data, insights and technology combine to drive client outcomes
- Ability to operate strategically while also leading negotiations and execution in complex deal environments

The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $195,000/year. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
