Who:A high-growth, multi-site organization seeking a strategic finance executive to serve as a true business partner to senior operational leadership.

Job Summary:The Vice President, Finance & Strategy is a highly visible leadership role reporting to the CFO of Field Operations. This executive will partner directly with regional leadership to drive financial strategy, guide operational decision-making, and improve profitability across multiple production facilities and distribution sites. The role blends strategic planning, FP&A leadership, executive reporting, and hands-on collaboration with site operations to influence cost optimization, growth initiatives, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and senior finance leadership to shape financial strategy and growth initiatives

  • Deliver actionable insights on pricing, customer profitability, and market expansion opportunities

  • Standardize KPIs and drive a consistent financial operating rhythm across all locations

  • Advise site leaders on capital investments, labor planning, and go-to-market strategies

  • Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership and Board presentations

  • Identify operational risks and financial opportunities to improve margin and efficiency

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, and corporate finance teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required

  • MBA in Finance or Strategy preferred

  • CPA preferred

  • 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience with strong FP&A focus

  • Experience in corporate or multi-site environments required

  • Private equity portfolio company experience preferred

  • Strong strategic thinking and executive presence

  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills

  • Experience in operations-heavy or healthcare-related environments preferred
