Position Summary:

As the VP, Partner Ecosystem, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the company's global partnership strategy. You will play a critical role in building a strong global partner ecosystem team, long-lasting relationships with key strategic partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring that partnerships are aligned with our business goals and objectives. This role requires a dynamic, innovative and inspirational leader with deep expertise in business development, strategic alliances, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify, negotiate, and secure new strategic partnerships.

Develop mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, including corporate entities, government agencies, technical alliances/OEMs and industry influencers.

Explore new market opportunities and innovative collaboration models to enhance company growth and market positioning.

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and manage a high-performing partnership team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development to foster an environment of success and collaboration.

Work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives with the overall corporate strategy.

Partnership Negotiation & Contract Management:

Oversee the negotiation, structuring, and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure smooth integration and execution of partnership initiatives.

Serve as a key liaison between external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of partnership objectives.

Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry dynamics and evolving partner needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partnership efforts and ensure that partnerships are delivering value to the organization.

Regularly report on partnership outcomes and progress to the executive team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in a senior global partnership or business development role, ideally as a senior leader.

Strong track record of building and scaling successful strategic partnerships across various sectors, countries or industries.

Experience negotiating and structuring complex partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.

Leadership & Management:

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across multiple functions.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, partners, and stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking & Execution:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with company objectives.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of [specific industry/sector] and market dynamics, with the ability to identify trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree as a minimum

Skills:

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Long international experience with preferably multi-language knowledge.

$250,000 - $500,000 a year

The base pay range targeted for this role is $225,000 - $250,000 USD. This position is eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.

Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time. The actual offer will depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's education, skills, qualifications, depth of experience and other relevant business considerations.
