Job Description
Fraser, Minnesota's leading provider in autism and other disability services, is seeking a Vice President of Advancement to be part of the executive team. Fraser is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This certification allows us to better meet the growing need for autism, mental health, and disability services in our community. As a result, clients will benefit from faster access to treatment, inclusive and culturally responsive whole-person care, and dedicated care coordinators who provide continuous support throughout their treatment journey.
The Vice President of Advancement is a key member of the senior executive team, contributing strategically to the organization's growth, sustainability, and advancement of Fraser's mission and vision. This leader provides oversight of the Development and Marketing & Communications departments, ensuring annual goals are met or exceeded while resources are deployed efficiently and effectively to maximize impact.
In addition to departmental leadership, the Vice President plays a direct role in revenue generation by cultivating and securing major gifts in support of planned giving, annual giving, and capital campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of fundraising experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervision experience.
- Knowledge of marketing and communication functions preferred.
- Proven track record of soliciting and securing major gifts.
- Experience in management of capital campaigns is a plus.
- Demonstrated success and direct implementation of managing individual major gifts and corporate major gift operation.
- Bachelor's degree in development, business, or sales required. Master's degree preferred.
- CFRE certification or other major certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable record required.
Responsibilities:
- Develops fundraising campaigns in alignment with Fraser's Strategic Plan.
- Drafts the annual development and marketing strategic plans.
- Sets and oversees the Development budget.
- Creates individual giving plans for top donors.
- Builds the Planned Giving program.
- Sets and oversees the Donor Messaging and Recognition plans.
- Designs and directs capital campaigns in coordination with Fraser leadership.
- Works closely with Marketing team to ensure messaging alignment.
- Develops annual major donor program plans and long-range fundraising plans.
- Follows compliant processes for donor stewardship.
- Ensures that the Marketing/Communications Department is operating efficiently and effectively.

- Richfield, MN
- Full-Time Remote/Hybrid
- $155K-$175K
