- Balance the success of individual markets with what is best for the overall organization, operating as an enterprise leader.
- Ensure the financial performance of the company by implementing effective financial strategies and controls.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction markets, project delivery, preconstruction, and client development.
- Proven experience leading and developing senior-level leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate growth opportunities, risk, profitability, and organizational capacity.
- Proven ability to collaborate across operational and business development functions.
- Ability to operate as an enterprise leader, balancing the success of individual markets with what is best for the overall organization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
