Job Description

Project ExecutiveGeneral Contractor with over 5 decades of experience within the Tennessee market and focuses on light industrial & commercial projects which range anywhere from 20,000 sqft - 1m sqft. 2025 is going to be a huge year hence is why they are trying to grow their oversight with a new Project Executive.Job DescriptionRun/manage multiple projects from start to finish

Oversee subcontractors and full construction project on a daily basis

Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods

Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers and other parties related to the project

Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
