Job Description
Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President/Director of Education to lead and oversee all educational initiatives and operations within the organization. This senior leadership role will be responsible for setting the overall educational direction, ensuring program quality, and driving innovation in curriculum and instructional design.
The Vice President/Director of Education will collaborate closely with school leadership, including principals and faculty, to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, staff development, and establishing partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced educational leader with strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills, committed to advancing student success and organizational growth in a mission-driven environment.
Requirements
Provide visionary leadership for all educational programs and initiatives
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
Oversee curriculum development and instructional quality assurance
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
Lead, mentor, and support educational leadership teams
Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders and community organizations
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards
Analyze data to inform decision-making and program improvement
Demonstrated experience in senior educational leadership roles
Strong strategic planning and organizational management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
Ability to lead change and foster innovation in educational settings
CT Certification in Intermediate Administration or Supervision (Endorsement #092)
