We are so happy to have the opportunity to help a long-standing client in Maumee Ohio We have been asked to find a Vice President of Engineering for a wonderful client of ours The position has a pay scale around the $228K mark and comes with extensive bonuses and perks The Vice President of Engineering is responsible for overseeing all Technical Aspects of the organization Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the technology strategy in alignment with the company's product vision and long-term goals. Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Project Oversight: Oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on project goals. Resource Allocation: Manage budgets for engineering initiatives and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands. Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and support to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of code quality.
