Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition 5+ years staffing industry experience required Birmingham, AL - Open to relocation. Were hiring for a Talent Acquisition and HR Manager to lead their growing team.What you will do:
- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for 40+ hires across various functions.
- Mentor and manage the HR Manager, enhancing talent acquisition processes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on hiring plans and workforce strategy.
- Design and implement interview frameworks and hiring manager enablement programs.
- Build and execute employer brand development for a compelling candidate experience.
- Leadership experience in fast-paced environments with expertise in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong mentorship and management skills with a strategic business partnering approach.
- Ability to build HR infrastructure and optimize recruitment processes.
- Bachelors degree in HR management or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR management.
- Proven leadership in HR or People teams.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition and high-volume recruiting processes.
- Experience managing and mentoring HR team members.
- Ability to act as a strategic business partner to C-suite executives.
- Comfortable in onsite or hybrid environments with limited remote work.
- Base Salary: $150,000.
- Bonus/Incentive Structure: Up to ~30% of base salary.
