This role is pivotal in shaping Quantum's product roadmap to meet evolving market demands and customer needs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term growth strategies.Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and own Quantum's product vision and strategy across all product lines.Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals.Identify emerging technologies and market trends to inform product direction.

Product Lifecycle Management

Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, design, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and product teams.

Market & Customer Insights

Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities.Gather and prioritize customer requirements to influence product decisions.

Team Development

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Performance & Metrics

Define and track KPIs for product success, including revenue growth, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.Present product performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.Experience:

15+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios in technology or data solutions.

Skills:

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Excellent leadership and communication abilities.Deep understanding of storage, data management, and emerging technologies.
