Accountabilities
- Oversee multiple large and complex systems projects in a regulated environment.
- Drive project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
- Lead a team of Program Managers for systems and informatics projects.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure delivery on all phase gates including quality and schedule.
- Communicate progress and risks to governance teams.
- Ensure compliance with Product Delivery Excellence standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Project Management for Medical Devices.
- Ability to align projects with organizational strategy.
- Experience with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Knowledge of compliance with FDA and regional regulations.
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities.
- Experience collaborating with external partners and OEMs.
- Technical bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences required.
- 15+ years in product development project management.
- 5+ years in a regulated environment like life sciences or medical device industries.
- Project management certification preferred.
