Vice President of Property Management

A growing real estate firm is seeking a VP of Property Management to lead portfolio-wide operations, performance, and strategic growth across a luxury residential portfolio. This executive leadership role will oversee operational standards, financial performance, leadership development, client relationships, and scalable systems while partnering closely with ownership to drive long-term growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic direction and operational performance across multiple property management portfolios and brands.
Oversee Directors, Regional Property Managers, Facilities, Compliance, and other senior operational leaders.
Establish and maintain company-wide policies, SOPs, reporting standards, and performance metrics.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial oversight, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
Implement technology, reporting tools, and operational processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with institutional and private ownership groups.
Support business development, client retention, acquisitions, and portfolio expansion efforts.
Develop leadership talent and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive luxury residential property management leadership experience.
Proven success overseeing multi-site, regional, or portfolio-level operations.
Experience managing senior leaders and large operational teams.
Strong financial acumen, client relationship management, and organizational leadership skills.
Experience working with institutional owners or complex residential portfolios preferred.
