Were seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing who can drive growth by developing high-performing agents and implementing effective marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands both sales and marketing at a high level and is passionate about coaching others to succeed. You will work directly with agency owners and agents to build lead pipelines, refine marketing strategies, and improve sales performance. This includes both digital and offline marketing, as well as hands-on coaching in sales execution.
- First-year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000 with bonus opportunities
