Were seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition who is driven to identify, attract, and develop top talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a recruiting-focused environment and is motivated to connect high-quality candidates with meaningful career opportunities. You will take ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing onboarding and guiding prospects through the decision process.
- Base salary starting at $55,000 with first-year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000, with potential to exceed $100,000

Responsibilities- Source and identify candidates for agency staff
- Manage and maintain an active recruiting pipeline
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate fit
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
- Follow up consistently to move candidates through the pipeline
- Present opportunities and close candidates effectively
- Strong ability to identify and attract talent
- Confident in presenting opportunities and closing candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities
- Willingness to obtain required licensing
