Video Editor (Social & Brand Content)

Create Wellness is looking for a Video Editor to help define and scale the visual style of our branded video content across social and marketing channels.

This role will focus heavily on organic social content, while also supporting brand campaigns, marketing assets, and product storytelling. We're looking for someone who understands what performs on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), and can translate raw footage into engaging cuts that feel native to each platform while maintaining a cohesive brand style.

You’ll work closely with the creative team to develop a distinct editing language for the brand and help push the quality of our content forward.What You'll Do

• Edit short-form video content for organic social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Edit long-form branded content for website, landing pages, and other owned marketing channels. 
• Help develop and evolve a consistent editing style and visual language for the Create brand.
• Transform raw footage into compelling, high-performing social content.
• Edit brand and marketing video assets including campaigns, product launches, and paid media.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and studio teams to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain consistency across content while adapting edits to each platform.
• Organize and manage video project files and assets in Air.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first video work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects 
• Experience editing founder, creator or influencer-driven content is a must.
• Motion graphics experience is a must. 
• Deep understanding of short-form storytelling, pacing, hooks, and platform-native editing
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and iterate in a fast-paced creative environment
