Job Description
Position Snapshot
You will support video editing and content creation initiatives across the Gorilla Grip brand. In this role, you will contribute to the development of product videos, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content, culture-driven storytelling, and social media assets. You will help expand our internal content production capabilities, enabling the team to create a higher volume of engaging content and respond quickly to emerging social trends and internal content needs.

What You'll Do
Film short-form video content capturing clean visuals, strong hooks, and on-brand framing in real time.
Edit and produce platform-ready videos from raw footage, including trimming, pacing, captions, music/sound, and simple motion/text overlays to maximize clarity and engagement.
Develop social-first content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, tailoring assets by channel and maintaining consistent brand tone.
Create video content for our primary retail marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, GorillaGrip.com) to support PDP storytelling, product education, and conversion-focused creative.
Organize and maintain video assets in our Digital Asset Management library with clear file naming, tagging, and upload standards.
What You Bring
Must-Haves
You’re comfortable filming and editing short-form video on a smartphone and can turn raw footage into clean, engaging content.
You understand social-first video and how content should differ across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
You have a strong eye for detail and can manage multiple assets while keeping files organized.
You’re able to move quickly and adapt as priorities shift in a fast-paced creative environment.
You’re comfortable working within brand guidelines and review processes for external-facing content.
You’re skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and/or CapCut.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience or interest in emerging AI tools to support content creation, editing, and iteration.
Basic awareness of copyright and brand safety considerations (music, logos, claims).
