Job Description

Description of the role:

This position plays a key role in delivering transparent and trustworthy service to our customers. Your videos help customers understand their vehicle’s needs, improving both customer satisfaction and overall service performance.

Responsibilities:

Record high-quality video inspections for vehicles in service
Assist technicians with completing multi-point inspections (MPIs)
Clearly communicate vehicle conditions and recommendations in videos
Ensure videos are accurate, concise, and easy for customers to understand
Work closely with service advisors and technicians to maintain workflow efficiency
Maintain organization of inspection tools and equipment
Follow dealership processes and quality standards

Requirements:

Basic understanding of the automotive industry (required)
Strong communication skills (verbal and visual)
Comfortable being on camera and explaining vehicle conditions
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
