Job Description

Position: Video Production SpecialistLocation: 4600 Westport Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)Who We Are:West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!Job Summary:As a Video Production Specialist, you will contribute to the mission of West Shore Home by developing video content shown to millions of consumers every week.

Key Role Accountabilities:

Visit job installations with the intent of filming video for commercial use.Manage post-production editing and completion of videos for external use.Organize library of photo and video content.Contribute ideas toward overall marketing and video content strategy development.Create engaging video content from start to finish.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.2 or more years' experience in video production.Ability to operate a variety of standard photo and video equipment, and a proficiency working with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
