Job Description:

Call center, dispatch, surveillance monitoring, loss prevention, gaming, or other fast-paced operational environments that require strong multitasking, attention to detail, and quick decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities• Monitor multiple live video surveillance feeds simultaneously.• Identify unauthorized, suspicious, or unsafe activity in real time.• Issue live audio warnings when appropriate.• Contact law enforcement, first responders, or property contacts for active incidents.• Create accurate and detailed incident reports.• Navigate multiple monitors, software applications, and browser tabs concurrently.• Maintain vigilance and focus throughout the shift.• Escalate technical concerns to IT support when necessary.• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations.

• Required Qualifications• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with law enforcement and property managers.• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and monitors simultaneously.• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.• Ability to remain seated and focused for extended periods.• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.• Reliable attendance and punctuality.• Must be available to work weekends.• Must be able to successfully complete mandatory training requirements

Training ScheduleSaturday- Wednesday 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM Duration: Two weeks

Able to work Saturday- Wednesday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM Able to attend mandatory swing-shift training (Saturday-Wednesday, 6:00 PM-11:00 PM)
