Job Description
Title: Viewpoint Accounting Consultant / Project ManagerLocation: Richmond, TX (Onsite initially, transitioning to Hybrid/Remote)Duration: 3-Month ContractCompensation: $85/hr (DOE)Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Skillset / Experience: The Viewpoint Accounting Consultant / Project Manager will lead the migration of accounting data from QuickBooks to Viewpoint/Spectrum within a construction environment while helping stand up and optimize the accounting function.• Controller or Assistant Controller-level experience (highly preferred)• Must have construction industry experience• Hands-on experience with Viewpoint/Spectrum (required)• Experience converting accounting data from QuickBooks to ERP systems• Strong experience mapping and validating chart of accounts• Proven experience with system implementation, testing, and data validation• Experience helping stand up or improve an accounting department/processes• Ability to lead projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbout INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
