Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations to understand client needs
Clearly explain benefit options and guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Deliver exceptional client service while building lasting relationships
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs
