Position Overview:

Develops and maintains Building Information Models as assigned.

Assigned Responsibilities:

Understand, promote, and implement VDC standards, processes, and technologies.
Create animations and renderings for proposals using tools such as Sketchup.
Implement BIM Execution Plans
Aid preconstruction services in developing quantities based on developer or owner provided models.
Participate in reviewing CAD standards on projects.
Develop or capture and maintain existing site conditions models.
Aid in Development of Construction Process Plan Documents for Internal and External Coordination and Communication
Produce and maintain architectural and structural models, such as ceiling grids, vertical transportation, building envelops, while leading MEP/FP coordination
Assist in quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
Help resolve VDC design issues.
