Virtual Sales Endo Representative (m/f/d)

Your role:

• Active outbound activities to acquire new customers, supporting the field sales team in an assigned region
• Professional handling of internal and external customer inquiries, e.g. questions regarding services, products and offers, as well as complaints (dentists and dental depots)
• Close collaboration with the sales team as well as technical service and complaint management
• Conducting consultative sales conversations with existing customers by phone; acquisition of new customers or prospects and active customer development
• Processing customer inquiries and mailings
• Use of the CRM database and documentation of customer contact information, including order entry
• Targeted customer outreach during sales campaigns (support of the field sales team, lead and revenue generation)
• Support of special sales initiatives and virtual sales promotions
• Customer consulting in the context of Endo events

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial and/or (dental) medical education, with professional experience in sales, marketing or communication
• Initial experience in sales
• Experience in handling complaints and acting as a medical device consultant
• Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX)
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable (ideally Salesforce)
• Strong interest in technical and medical topics, combined with a high level of attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• German as a native or near-native language; good command of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage
