The Department of Political Science and International Relations at Loyola Marymount University invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position in International Relations. LMU values community engagement, diversity, social justice, and inclusive pedagogy in fostering academic excellence.

The position is for one year (2026-2027) and has a 3-3 teaching load for the academic year (three courses in the fall and three courses in the spring).

We seek a dedicated teacher-scholar with demonstrated or the potential of teaching excellence. We strongly encourage women, minorities, and individuals from underrepresented groups to apply.
