Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Visual Content Designer (Digital Campaigns) to create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in digital design tools.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Accounts Processing

• Design visual content for online campaigns and digital channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality visuals.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all digital content aligns with company branding guidelines.
• Assist in preparing reports on campaign performance and engagement.
• Support quality assurance and creative audits.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams.
• Ensure digital content projects comply with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital content creation or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and creative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting or defense-related marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics.
